    I cant thank this company enough. I ordered a washing machine after my old one had broken down on me. I spoke to the staff on the phone who were polite and knowledgable, they put me at ease straight away.

    I ordered a Hotpoint Machine which arrived within a week. It was unpacked, I was given the chance to inspect it and the delivery men even took the packaging away.

    I purchased a Siemens washing machine via Direct Electricals and it turned out to be faulty. The machine makes holes in clothes during washing. I first reported the problem to the manufacturer and they claim it is normal for the machine to make holes clothes are washed using the "easy care" program with half load!
