    Not able to ship to a different address

    Not able to ship to a different address apart from the address registered on your credit card, and would rather just lose an order than try to accommodate a customers requirements. Customer service rep sounded bored and indifferent to any problems on the phone, like it was an honour and a privilege that I was fortunate to be talking to him.
