    The merchant was good, although my order didn t come through for a good ten days, even when it did eventually come into stock.
    However, their customer service was very clear, and I was promised my item would arrive the next day - it did.

    not received goods would like a full refund. no communication to when order has been dispatched. yesterday went to pcworld purchased another webcam. should this item not be reimbursed i will notify the relevant bodies to have this matter looked into legally.     Goods received did not match order place, because the advertised modem was not installed or included with the delivery. Rectifying this problem meant some 2 hours spent talking to Hp staff and Micro staff, some of whom suggested that the delivery was correct but that the sales description was incorrect and should not have advertised a modem in the package.Sales staff disagreed with that!     I just give up ordering when it is made needlessly complicated. These made-for-Americans websites are such a pain. The term Credit Card is used as a cover-all term for credit and debit cards, then there is no option for Visa Debit cards. There is a Visa Procurement Card, but I've no idea what that is.
