    You order they get your money, and never

    You order they get your money, and never email you to let you know the order is not in stock and never will be.
    but overall when you call for cancellation they are please to do that for you.
    so its up to you! how much time you ve got to wait for you order to be delivered... weeks..months??

    This store despatched my laptop with a matter of two hours. The problem I have is with their delivery. They send their parcels via parcel line next day delivery. My parcel so far has travelled all over England.     Super service. Kept me informed via text when the order had been shipped. Not their fault, but no next day delivery and no card from delivery company.     I am very happy with their customer care. At first I was disappointed because instead of 33 laptops in stock(I bought my laptop there) after my order was submitted there were 0.
