When I first ordered, I was told by them that the delivery address I d given on the order didn t match the registered address of my credit card (it did), so the payment couldn t be authorised.     Although the camera was in stock it didn t arrive when expected. I phoned after 10 days and spoke to a very helpful assistant. She thought that the item had been sent, so there s obviously a glitch in their order/delivery system. She resolved the problem and the camera arrived the next day.
