I have taken a Long time to make up my

I have taken a Long time to make up my mind about this review in order not to make hasty conclusion. If i had done this earlier, I would have chosen excellent for everything, But as at today I still have my impression however the screws on the Product are falling off, I wonder if i can get an upgrade for a minimal exchange amount??

I ORDERED A WEB CAM, AFTER SEARCHING FOR VISTA COMPATABLE THE VISTA IM. CAME UP IT WAS VERY MISLEADING AS IT WAS IN NO WAY COMPATABLE WITH WINDOWS VISTA OS.AND HAD TO RETURN IT.

Although the initial response to my order was good, problems with the item, and then it s eventual failure resulted in me being given the "run-around" by Microwarehouse Customer Care, e.g the only response to e-mails being a request to "call this number", then calling the number, both for customer care and technical support resulted in many minutes, even hours of "your call is important to us and ...
