No problem with this merchnat. They also use DHL for delivery who are very efficient. They also send second receipt through post and also check with delivery company to confirm delivery. Good service. Read Full Review »

Order placed online, money taken, wait

Order placed online, money taken, wait for goods as out of stock - OK as knew this when placed order. Not contacted when back in stock. Goods not delivered. All communication initiated by me.

Finally, after two separate wasted days waiting in at home for promised deliveries, gave up and cancelled order. Still waiting for my money back three weeks after the cancellation.
