When ordered the item showed in stock

When ordered the item showed in stock and received confirmation email of order. 1 week later had not received order - checked web site and now showed out of stock. Was not told about this change. Phoned them up as unable to cancel order on web site. They had difficulty finding my order but did check with suppliers and unable to source stock and eventually cancelled order but said I would not get an email confirming this as their system doesn t do this. They also said they would refund me as apparently they had taken payment even though no goods despatched!!!! Decided to email their customer servics for confirmation of cancellation and refund who said a refund may take up to 5 days to reach me - still waiting. Not a good expereince.
