This is a copy of my complaint which speaks for itself:

"I refer to the above orders which were placed yesterday.

I was expecting next day delivery, as i requested, and was therefore disappointed to find out on contacting you today (to query why neither order had been delivered) that order 1014619 was declined due to the delivery address being different to the card billing address and that order 1014591 is delayed due to a "pricing query".

As for the former order most companies allow delivery to a third party address and had i known this would be a problem i would have amended the address accordingly.

As for the latter order i do not understand why this has resulted in a prolonged delay and trust that i wont be prejudiced as a result of your own pricing error.

I am otherwise generally disappointed with the lack of communication from you and in particular your failure to alert me to either problem.

I will be grateful to know how you intend to deal with the matter either by some form of compensation or otherwise."

I have received no written response although the next day delivery fee was refunded but i reluctantly paid an extra £3 due to the pricing query (and was therefor prejudiced).
