When ording 1st time comfirmation page

When ording 1st time comfirmation page did not display. I phoned the number given on the web page but was given the run around hence the low score on customer care.

2nd try all went smoothly. Email confirmations were fine and timely. Delivery was next day even through I requested 2-3 days.

Hopw I do not have to phone them again.
