Order placed online, money taken, wait

Order placed online, money taken, wait for goods as out of stock - OK as knew this when placed order. Not contacted when back in stock. Goods not delivered. All communication initiated by me.

Finally, after two separate wasted days waiting in at home for promised deliveries, gave up and cancelled order. Still waiting for my money back three weeks after the cancellation.

One very helpful staff member now trying to get me my money back from the supplier (thanks Keely). Not impressed AT ALL with other people I have spoken to who did absolutely nothing. Will never use Microwarehouse again, nor recommend to anyone.
