Item ordered was processed in an excellent manner. However, item was defective on arrival, and some 8 days later it is still with me awaiting a courier. I have not been advised when he will come, although it was supposed to have been before now, and I am required to be there when he arrives. Needless to say a little issue like work is going to get in the way. I am not happy and have a large useless machine cluttering up my space.
