Although the initial response to my

Although the initial response to my order was good, problems with the item, and then it s eventual failure resulted in me being given the "run-around" by Microwarehouse Customer Care, e.g the only response to e-mails being a request to "call this number", then calling the number, both for customer care and technical support resulted in many minutes, even hours of "your call is important to us and will be answered shortly....." It s been more than a month now and I still have not got my refund.
I will NEVER deal with DGI over the internet again.
