Ordered 2 items for business use through

Ordered 2 items for business use through website - received 1 item in post a week later - microwarehouse had not informed me that one of my items would be late.

My Credit card was debited for the cost of both items but MW refused to send me an invoice or receipt for the transaction - and said they would not send me a receipt until both items had been dispatched (no indication given as to when this would be) - so was unable to claim the cost back as a business expense and therefore out of pocket.

Customer service was poor and were very short and rude when i asked them to cancel the second item and to send me the invoice/receipt for the original item.

Far to much hassle for day-to-day business use, avoid at all costs.
