i ve ordered this monitor nearly 12 days

i ve ordered this monitor nearly 12 days ago. i haven t got it yet. i ve been calling them twice- parently they are out off stock- how bizare? couse on the web site you can check availability and it always was over 50 items. i wouldn t recommend unless you are not in hurry :{
