a parcel was delivered to my house on

a parcel was delivered to my house on two seperate occasions and on both occasions i was not informed that it had been delivered. when i finally chaed this up the item had been returned to the warehouse and sold on to another customer and was not available for reorder till after christmas!!! not a happy chappy
