Absolutely hopeless. - I order a

Absolutely hopeless.

- I order a product on Monday and was told it is in stock.
- I called on Tuesday and was told it will be despatched later that day.
- I called on Wednesday and was told it was out of stock. Unacceptable.
- The person who I placed the order with knew I needed it by Friday.
- Their website is not particulary easy to use and does not contain enough information about the order; hence the three phone calls.
- One other pet hate is that you can't wait in a queue to speak to someone - you get moved to voicemail. I must have made over 20 calls to this company to actually speak to someone!

- Virdict : Go elsewhere.

I have since used a competitor and have a guranteed delivery the next day.
