I can't put into words how poor this

I can't put into words how poor this company are. The product is fine however they initially delivered the wrong thing, took ages to collect it again, then even longer to deliver the correct one. Never get in touch with you, a litany of unkept promises - simply the worst customer experience I have ever had. Give them a very, very wide berth.
