I bought this excersise bike from fitnesssboutique not really knowing what to expect as i havnt ordered from the internet before. I actually rang the customer service centre as i wasnt sure about which product to buy or the security of ordering on line. The staff at the other end of the line were really good! they knew all about the products on the site and took my deatails very effeciently. The delivery was well before the 10 day deadline (6 days to be preceise) and the delivery charges were free!i couldnt be happier i'd recommended fitnessboutique to anyone and the bike is great as well.
