Dismal customer service - I spent over

Dismal customer service - I spent over £1000 pounds on an Horizon Elite Treadmill - I got a good price and it arrived on time. However it was faulty. After trying to get it fixed for a fortnight, I then called FB and asked for a replacement, no-one called me back to confirm I could have a replacement. Over 3 days I called numerous times and then after 3 days out of sheer frustration, asked to cancel the order so that I may purchase a working treadmill from elsewhere. A week later I still havent heard anything from them. A month after paying for the bl**dy thing, I am still £1000+ out of pocket and still providing a home for the faulty equipment. Now looking at Small Claims Court to try and get my money back.
