Dismal customer service - I spent over £1000 pounds on an Horizon Elite Treadmill - I got a good price and it arrived on time. However it was faulty. After trying to get it fixed for a fortnight, I then called FB and asked for a replacement, no-one called me back to confirm I could have a replacement. Absolutely hopeless. - I order a

Absolutely hopeless.

- I order a product on Monday and was told it is in stock.
- I called on Tuesday and was told it will be despatched later that day.
- I called on Wednesday and was told it was out of stock. Unacceptable.
- The person who I placed the order with knew I needed it by Friday.

Having read the reviews about this store, I phones first to check stock - just in case. I was told that there was stock and that if i ordered the same day, it would be delivered within 7 days.

I ordered a treadmill (Nordictrack 4500R), and it arrived with me within 5 days... I really can't fault this company, and would be more than prepared to use them again. Great prices, and great service.

I can't put into words how poor this company are. The product is fine however they initially delivered the wrong thing, took ages to collect it again, then even longer to deliver the correct one. Never get in touch with you, a litany of unkept promises - simply the worst customer experience I have ever had. Give them a very, very wide berth. Read Full Review »
