    Went to the store, and put a deposit on a sony 32" LCD TV. Was contacted to be told the item was back in stock, i paid the balance and collected.

    Purchased a Samsung LE37A686 TV on January 10th 2009. Heard nothing 5 days later so phoned them - they said they had no stock and would refund the next day. That never happened. Been trying to phone them for the past week, but their phone is always busy and they don't reply to emails.

    Found electrosaver through kelkoo. They had the same price as another company but went with them, as they answered my email regarding the panasonic TH50PZ81.
    I got call 2 days after my order from a electrosaver sales member, to arrange a date for delivery. I asked for the delivery to be held for the following week, as i was away from home. The plasma tv, was delivered as i had arranged.
