    I specifically phoned up to check stock availability before ordering, was told item was in stock and delivery in 4-5 days.

    After 8 working days no delivery (monday), no response to e-mail. contacted expensive 0870 number, to be told there was a failed delivery from manufacturer, stock arriving wednesday delivery on Friday.

    Phoned friday, stock arriving in just over a week....

    Delivered free of charge to Suffolk. I was actually recommended by a friend. They had the best price on a Sony KDL52V4000 LCD TV.
    I also took the 5 year cover , which was again a lot cheaper than others.
