paid £30 for an xpress Saturday delivery which never happened. as a result I have emailed electro saver 3 times, 'foned' them at least 6 times and sent then 2 warning letters quoting sale of goods act 1978,wanting the £30 refunding This has been since Dec 20th and they HAVE NOT replied to any of my above approaches. as a result the Trading standards have now taken up this case.
