    on 27/6/07 I ordered a Sony TV using a credit card. Store info suggested I would receive it in 3-5 days.
    On 10/7/07 I phoned the store to be told it would be delivered 12/7/07. It didn't arrive so I phoned the store again to be told it was despatched 11/7/07 and would be delivered 13/7/07.
