I called a few days later, didn't answer. Eventually answered the phone a day later, got a curt disinterested response. Turned out that TV was out of stock but new stock would be in 'next week'...     Just fanctastic service from electrosaver. They had the best price, which seems common after reading other reviews on here. The Hitachi plasma tv, is great and the item was for an office at our work place. They delivered to the work address and everything was a breeze.
