The ordering process is great but that's where it all ends.
Had to cancel the order and was advised refund would be received within 3 days, this didn't happen.
Have been chasing every week since and keep getting fobbed off and being told the refund has been/will be made.
Now having to claim money back through the credit card company!

Excellent service from start to finish. Bought a Sony 40" LCD TV, with Electrosaver.co.uk. Delivered within the 7 days as stated on the email. Communication was straight forward , delivery confirmed with a phone call.

Fantastic Service.I placed an order for A Panasonic blu ray player, and QED hdmi cable. Both were very well priced, i ordered online.
When i got home from work, electrosaver had left me a message to arrange delivery. I called them back, the phone was answered straight away. A polite sales member gave me a few dates for delivery. I asked for Friday, and both items were delivered yesterday morning.... Read Full Review »
