i bought a sony tv on 28/12/08.A week later contacted them to get a delivery date as they did not contact me themselfs.i booked a delivery for a saturday(extra 14.99£) gave them my credit card details and they charged me 49.99!!!!!!!.Following saturday did not receive goods ,spent all day at home .called them 3 times every time was told that driver would be ther... item ordered through internet, no problems so far. delivery alledgedly in 5-10 working days, never happened. kept getting fobbed off by 'sales' staff saying that item would be in stock 'tomorrow', never happened. currently chasing a refund, that hasn;t happened either. disgusting customer service and very poor telephone skills / language skills from staff. I am truly disappointed that I found such a "company" on my way. I have made an order on 11th of December and it's not arrived yet (nearly one month!). Each time I called them, they told me "next week You will received a call back to arrange the delivery" because they are so busy (please!). After third time I had enough.
