    item ordered through internet, no problems so far. delivery alledgedly in 5-10 working days, never happened. kept getting fobbed off by 'sales' staff saying that item would be in stock 'tomorrow', never happened. currently chasing a refund, that hasn;t happened either. disgusting customer service and very poor telephone skills / language skills from staff.
