Bought a sony kdl40w4500, sony blu ray and wall bracket. The sales chap did a package deal. I bought over the phone, and got a call a week later to arrange my delivery date.
I was offered a few dates, and i was happy that i could actually choose. The person on the phone was patient, as i had to check the diary to find a convinient delivery date.

I have placed an order for a sony 40inch TV just after christmas and was told it would be delivered within 5- 10 days. every time I phone them they would say they ll be in touch and letting me know of the delivery date. This has happend yet. poor customer service skill. keep appologising for the delay. I dont think they have items in stock at all and when you place the orders online they then orde... Called electrosaver to purchase a sony KDL40W4500, i was told i could order the item and receive delivery within 7 - 10 days. I was happy with that and ordered over the phone.
