    Bought a sony kdl40w4500, sony blu ray and wall bracket. The sales chap did a package deal. I bought over the phone, and got a call a week later to arrange my delivery date.
    I was offered a few dates, and i was happy that i could actually choose. The person on the phone was patient, as i had to check the diary to find a convinient delivery date.

    I have placed an order for a sony 40inch TV just after christmas and was told it would be delivered within 5- 10 days. every time I phone them they would say they ll be in touch and letting me know of the delivery date.     Called electrosaver to purchase a sony KDL40W4500, i was told i could order the item and receive delivery within 7 - 10 days. I was happy with that and ordered over the phone.
