I ordered a Sony Bravia 32in LCD TV and

I ordered a Sony Bravia 32in LCD TV and the price was amazing ! However I guess in this day and age you only get what you pay for. I arranged for the date of delivery and took the whole day off work it got to about 2.00pm and I phoned them to make sure the TV was going to be delivered only to be told that the TV was out of stock !!

I asked firstly why I was able to order a TV and arrange a delivery date for a TV that was out of stock and secondly why I was not told that my delivery would not be happening - I wasted a days leave for nothing.

The TV did turn up in the end however it took several weeks when their website promised delivery within days.
