AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered my Sony kdl 40w4500 on the 02/01/09 , 849.99 took money same today , as told would have by 10 working days , no phone call, so i called and they said they had NO STOCK which i was not told or i would of not ordered , they said they would have some in on the 21 jan though , i called them on the 21st of jan they said they had come in and i would get a call that day , guess what no call , they now said waiting for stock , they have never rang me and keep lieing to me , there cmr care after sales is terrible, its now 06/02/09 no tv i called to cancel as have bought else where , they say will refund , have a feeling will have to go to trading standards , as have read other bad reviews , dont shop at this place may be cheap , but service is terrible never again
