I saw their web site and called them on

I saw their web site and called them on the 21st Jan 2009 to order a Sony 40W4500 which the salesman assured me was in stock and would be delivered in seven days.
When I checked when it would arrive I was told that it had not been in stock and would take several weeks. They had taken the £895 from my credit card under false pretences.

I have now telephoned four times and been assured each time that my card had been re-imbursed. So far it has not. I have now seen a web forum full of similar complaints against Electro-saver that I can only wish I had seen before I dealt with them.

One salesman that I spoke to suggested, in a very arrogant manner, that if I didn't trust them, perhaps I should call the police. He may well be right!
