I ordered a Sony KDL 40V4000 TV on 4 Jan

I ordered a Sony KDL 40V4000 TV on 4 Jan 09. I heard nothing from them after a week so phoned them and was told they were expecting stock to arrive by the next day. This went on for over a week until they admited they did not have an estimated delivery date from Sony. At this stage I cancelled the order and they promised a refund. A week, 3 e-mails and several phone calls later, I have still not recieved the refund.
