Ordered Sony TV 2nd Jan because they had

Ordered Sony TV 2nd Jan because they had the best price and various price comparisons showed they had stock with 5-10 days delivery. Easy to order from the website. However, no-one contacted me about delivery, when I phoned I was told the product was out of stock but Sony would deliver the following Wednesday and I would get me delivery by Friday. This didn't happen and the same thing has happened 3 times running. They have wasted 3 weeks of my time and not once has anyone called me to tell me what is happening. I cancelled the order today 23rd Jan and will look to buy locally (it may be more expensive but at least I will have something for my money).
