Ordered a 40" sony television on

Ordered a 40" sony television on the 1st of jan according to the website in stock and delivered in 5 to 10 working days its now 16 working days later with not one phone call to update me with any news on delivery. On phoning they say you will get a call in five days, they pass i phone again you will get a phone call in three days, they pass i phone again 2 days this time. no phone call. I can only speak for anyone looking into ordering a sony tv but ask if they defiantly have it in stock and pick it up. As for my tv still no joy and i would like to point out 10 days ago it changed on the website to say in stock delivered in 5 days.
