AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Attempted to

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Attempted to purchase a Sony 40" TV on the 27th Dec. Payment was taken straight away. Expected a phone call confirming delivery - but heard nothing. Called them back myself only to be told they'd ring me back - they never did. FINALLY received ring-back on the 8th Jan (13 days after original order) and was informed that this item was not available and that they could not confirm when the TV would become available. Due to this I requested that the order was cancelled. (And went to order the same TV, from another well-known online store, which was delivered the next day!!) It is now the 16th Jan and I have still NOT received my refund. And have been informed that this refund has NOT even been processed yet!! After several hours holding on the phone I still have no idea when I am going to receive my refund. Seems the company are happy to TAKE your money, but not give it back so easily!
