Electrosaver

The ordering process is great but

The ordering process is great but that's where it all ends.
Had to cancel the order and was advised refund would be received within 3 days, this didn't happen.
Have been chasing every week since and keep getting fobbed off and being told the refund has been/will be made.
Now having to claim money back through the credit card company!
If you order the goods and receive them with no problems then great. If not good luck!
