When it came to purchasing a Sony

When it came to purchasing a Sony KDL-32V4000, Electrosaver's service was 2nd to none: I received my set the very next day after placing the order. Unfortunately, the TV would not work correctly with my computer, so I returned it for a full refund. Over 4 weeks later, I'm still awaiting that refund, despite being promised week upon week that it has been sent/will be looked into. Their customer support is appalling and the staff have no qualms in using every method in the book to fob you off. I've been told on multiple occasions that I need to speak to one of two managers, neither of whom are ever available. Every time, Electrosaver tell me they'll call me back, but not once have they bothered. I've registered this as a dispute with my credit card company now, as it appears that's the only way I'll get my money back.
Avoid at all costs!
