Electrosaver is the worst online store I

Electrosaver is the worst online store I have ever used. I ordered a Sony LCD TV and was charged for it imediately. I was then messed around for 3 weeks with delivery dates continually missed. Eventually I cancelled the order but it took a further 3 weeks to get a refund and that was only after I got my Credit Card company involved. Beware!!!!! Read Full Review »

Ordered my Sony kdl 40w4500 on the 02/01/09 , 849.99 took money same today , as told would have by 10 working days , no phone call, so i called and they said they had NO STOCK which i was not told or i would of not ordered , they said they would have some in on the 21 jan though , i called them on the 21st of jan they said they had come in and i would get a call that day , guess... Worst retailer I have seen ever. I was told LG37" is in stock. So when I ordered and called after 4 days to check the status. I was told I will receive the call tomorrow. No one called back. Next day was told that they had not received my call. Then was told it is out of stock and may take even a month. So I cancelled order. I was told to receive refund in 10 working days. I saw their web site and called them on the 21st Jan 2009 to order a Sony 40W4500 which the salesman assured me was in stock and would be delivered in seven days.
When I checked when it would arrive I was told that it had not been in stock and would take several weeks. They had taken the £895 from my credit card under false pretences.
