    We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Boots. We purchased the Hotpoint AQXXD169. We choose a Saturday delivery date and were informed our delivery time slot was between 7am - 11am. The washing machine arrived at 7am exactly! The machine was unpacked to allow us to inspect for any damages and all the packaging was taken away by driver.

    The customer service staff were always friendly and helpful, however there were several issues with the delivery.

    The delivery date I chose from the options given when I made the purchase wasn t available, so I had to choose a new one.

    Did not deliver goods on date confirmed by email/phone. Did not even have the courtesy to apologise non-delivery, instead received another email rescheduling delivery date.     The original scheduled delivery of our new cooker by Boots sub-contractors did not take place as they refused to unwrap the item to enable it to fit through the standard size door.
