    I was very frustrated, having been given a 4 hour time slot, that the delivery was 1.5 hours late meaning I had to make new arrangements & was late for an appointment.

    Received veiled post-purchase sales call which should have been clearly indicated as such. Delivery nearly a disaster, only salvaged by very decent drivers. A large percentage of the load was undelivered and returned to base, due to earlier road problems. Was told by Boots that this never happens and they deliver until van is empty .
