    Fantastic service. Carlsberg do t do web sales ( A fridge in my case ) but if they did they would have their work cut out to better the service offered by Boots.

    Prices were very competitive. However one product purchased turned out to be obsolete and another was out of stock. Delivery of five products purchased was excellent but spoilt by one product which was not delivered on time and another which is still awaited from the manufacturer.     Good telephone follow-up and discussion of delivery etc. of my order.
    Very good service when I wanted some assistance.
    Only slight failing was that on one of the 2 orders, the carrier didn t phone the day before delivery to confirm the delivery slot - did phone in advance of delivery on the day, though. Read Full Review »
