    They rang me about extended cover the day after I ordered it. Delivery was 10 days but you wouldn t expect Boots the Chemist to have one in stock, anyway everyone was the same. The thing that swung it was the reward points. They rang to say it would be delivered betweem 11 and 3pm, then on the day the delivery guys said between 11 and 2 but were here for 12.     chose delivery date which was accepted then 3 days beforehand contacted to say goods not available until 1 day later so delivery date had to be changed.

    Availablity rating is 3 because I ordered a Bosch machine that I found afterwards was discontinued, but the Boots sales team were able to check that the AEG machine I ordered was available before they accepted the order. Read Full Review »
