    Everthing went well until day of

    Everthing went well until day of delivery when van broke down. Had received 4 messages telling me day and time of delivery then 2 hours before delivery told van brokedown will get goods next day but no idea what delivery time. When I asked time was told to phone driver. Also delivery people too keen to get away and wanted signature before I checked goods. Read Full Review »

    Machine was not fitted and although we did not consider it our fault as Boots claimed it was they still charged us the fitting fee. My husband fitted it no problem later on. We complained to Boots and they assured us they were dealing with the matter. However they have just ignored it and have not contacted us.     Problems with access to the property not communicated with delivery company, although they managed exceedingly well.
    First machine delivered was faulty - dimple in front and rust on seam. Taken away, company regretted problem, were very helpful and another delivery made - quick and efficient and on asking, some compensation given for the inconvenience.     It was easy to order. My fridge freezer was in stock, and I was given a date when it could be delivered. A phone and text service specified the 4 hour slot that it would be delivered, and it was delivered well within that slot.
