    Arrived on time. In good condition. I understood they would unpack it and ask me to inspect the goods. But they didnt offer to do that. It was only later I realised that the paper work I had signed said that i had refused to allow them to unpack the goods and therefore if there was anything wrong it was my fault!

    I would have given the sevice a five but i bought this for my 76 year old mum in law and paid for the extra service of fitting but as they were unable to fit it they left it attached in the middle of the kitchen where she could not walk around it.
