    Our expected delivery date changed 4 times due to the unavailablity of the goods, however the day the goods were actually delivered we had been given a 4 hour delivery slot. The driver then phoned on the day to let me know a 2 hour delivery slot but then kindly agreed to phone me when he was about 30 minutes away from the delivery address so we could meet him there rather than having to wait aroun...     I could not speak highly enough of this company. Ordering was made very easy and I was kept up to date on when the goods would be delivered. I received a phone call the day before my goods were delivered giving me an estimated time which was spot on. I then receieved a telephone call to check I was satisfied with the products. This is one of the best services I have ever receieved.

    The product was available and at a very competative price. All was going well until the day of delivery. I received numerous phone calls informing me that my item would arrive between 11am and 3pm, but it eventually arrived at 6pm, after I called them to find out what was going on. Not ideal in the school holidays, waiting in all day.
