after losing 3 days pay from work and

after losing 3 days pay from work and waiting in for my cooker to be delivered, i have been let down yet again.I am very disapointed and angry and will not be making any more purchases from this company. If i do not get my cooker on friday as promised i will be putting in an official complaint.
