Washing machine delivered outside of

Washing machine delivered outside of delivery time, despite receiving text message and automated telephone call. Washing machine was faulty, and had major problems in getting it exchanged. Eventually a new one was delivered but again faulty. Trying to get a refund was a 45 minute process on the phone, and then only reluctantly did they agree.
Their Customer service is poor, the people are inept, incompetent, and have no resposibility or accountability. I could not recommedn use of these people again.
PS. The 2nd faulty wachine is due to be colected today, but have had no confirmation of collection. Don t hold your breath that it will happen today.
