Received goods ordered on delivery date

Received goods ordered on delivery date promised but disappointed with text message to says goods arriving between 7.00am and 11.00am, my 88 year old mother had to be up before 7.00am to receive goods. I would have preferred a telephone call to have the opportunity to ask for convenient delivery time due to her disabilities and age.
