The ordering and paying was the easy

The ordering and paying was the easy bit. I had a delivery time of 11 until 3 and they did not arrive until 2:55 pm, they said they had the wrong house number! They rushed the installation and left one pipe open and another not tight so when I used the washing machine the water started leaking.
